How long will my product take to ship?

Shipping time and costs vary depending on location. USA: 2 - 5 business days Canada: 10 - 15 business days International: 10 - 18 business day *Shipping to Puerto Rico and Hawaii up to 7 - 12 business days Please allow delays due to COVID-19. Holiday and portal delays can also cause shipping to take longer.
What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
How does the sizing work?

Our items are unisex sizes and tend to slightly oversized. For more information visit the size guide charts available with each product.

Do you have any washing instructions?

Sweatshirts: We suggest machine wash warm, inside out with like colours. As well as non-chlorine bleach (only if needed). Tumble dry medium. Cool iron if needed (DO NOT iron graphic design). Do not dry clean. Organic t-shirts: Machine wash, cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Do not tumble dry; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dryclean.
