How long will my product take to ship?

Shipping time and costs vary depending on location.

USA: 2 - 5 business days
Canada: 10 - 15 business days
International: 10 - 18 business day
*Shipping to Puerto Rico and Hawaii up to 7 - 12 business days

Please allow delays due to COVID-19. Holiday and portal delays can also cause shipping to take longer.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

Sweatshirts:
We suggest machine wash warm, inside out with like colours. As well as non-chlorine bleach (only if needed). Tumble dry medium. Cool iron if needed (DO NOT iron graphic design). Do not dry clean.

Organic t-shirts:
Machine wash, cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Do not tumble dry; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dryclean.
